Shanmugam Darjibrother is the Associate - IT for WRI India. Here, he provides support and manages IT incidents and requests.

Prior to joining WRI India, Shanmugam held staff positions at Desktop Support Engineer L2, System Admin and Project Engineer. In his previous roles he supported in-person and remote help for laptop and desktop-related issues, first- and second-level critical IT requests and incidents for clients and senior leaders.

He holds a master’s in Communication Systems from the Loyola Institute of Technology affiliated to the Anna University, Chennai. In 2015, Shanmugam secured a Gold Medal for securing the 45th rank at the university level.

Shanmugam resides in Bengaluru.
