Roushan is a Junior Program Associate with the Climate Program at WRI India. He is supporting the sub-national engagement of the climate team and his work focuses on climate planning, stakeholder engagement and capacity building. Currently, he is supporting the project management unit constituted in Bihar for developing the long-term climate resilient and low-carbon development strategy for Bihar.

His professional journey includes roles as a Corporate Sustainability Intern at Tata Steel, Jamshedpur, and a Water Sustainability Intern at VBL Pepsi. Roushan has also contributed as a marketing executive at E3 events.

He holds an MBA in Sustainable Development and Management from Nalanda University, Rajgir, Bihar, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from St. Xavier’s College of Management & Technology, Patna, Bihar.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and socializing.
