Reshma Suresh is a Senior Program Associate with the Sustainable Cities and Transport team at WRI India. She worked on electric mobility, focusing on EV charging infrastructure planning and spatial analysis. Currently, she is engaged in gender and mobility research, working on project initiatives aimed at fostering inclusive transport systems. Her work includes analyzing mobility patterns, evaluating policies and government initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to create safer and more equitable urban mobility systems.

Before joining WRI, Reshma worked with the All India Institute of Local Self Government (AIILSG), where she was involved in developing city-level master plans and conducting research on urban infrastructure planning.

She holds a master’s degree in urban planning from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala.

Outside of work, Reshma enjoys singing and painting. She also creates artworks such as macrame, doodles, mandalas.
