Pratibha Singh is a Senior Program Associate - Transport in the Sustainable Cities and Transport team at WRI, India. She is currently based out of Mumbai and is working on comprehensive mobility and parking as a demand management tool. She works closely with the city government to support policies and plans for parking management in Mumbai.

Prior to joining WRI, Pratibha worked with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) as Consultant, Assistant Director (Planning), where she worked on the planning and development of various layout plans for Narela sub-city. She has also worked with Delhi Jal Board on the Yamuna Action Plan, with the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) on the review of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) policy of Jharkhand and Unified Traffic and Transportation Infrastructure (Planning & Engineering) Centre (UTTIPEC) on the TOD pilot projects in Delhi.

Pratibha completed her research thesis in TOD and received a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from CEPT University. Her submission was awarded the best thesis project by the university and she also won the JP Bhargav Award for best planning thesis in 2016.
