Junior Program Associate - Electric Mobility
Mitradev Sahoo is a Junior Program Associate with the Electric Mobility team in Sustainable Cities and Transport Program at WRI, India. Currently, he is involved in projects related to the adoption and implementation of a circular economy approach for electric vehicle batteries. His main area of interest includes low-carbon mobility, public transport, last-mile connectivity, and sustainable transport infrastructure sectors.
He has completed his master's in Transportation planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada (SPAV). During his master's, he worked on several aspects of travel demand modeling, public transport, transport infrastructure, and transport finance as part of academic projects. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Parala Maharaja Engineering College (PMEC), Berhampur, Odisha.
During his free time, he likes to play badminton, practice meditation, bike riding and loves watching sci-fi and adventure movies.
