Harshita is a Senior Program Associate with the New Sustainable Mobility practice at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. She works on analyzing the impact of tech-led- mobility services disrupting cities globally; studying regulations and policies to understand how cities are responding to innovation in mobility, working with new mobility entrepreneurs, and towards bridging the gap between government and enterprises through experiments and dialogues.

Harshita holds a Master’s degree in Development Policy, Planning and Practice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where she spent a semester at Sciences Po, studying urban policy. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Delhi.

She completely dotes on dogs, and in her free time, she enjoys playing outdoor sports and painting.
