Aryaman is a Junior Associate – Human Resources at WRI India. He manages the HR database, conducts background verification, processes official letters (visa letters, NOCs, employment verification), supports the talent acquisition team, and contributes to monthly and quarterly HR reporting.

Aryaman’s prior experience includes a summer internship with the HR department at Ernst & Young, Bangalore, a semester as a Cognitive Psychology Teaching Fellow at Ashoka University, and an internship with the strategy team at AgrEco Technologies. These roles helped him build a foundation in people operations, strategic planning, and research.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Studies and Research with a specialization in Psychology from Ashoka University, as well as a Master in Management from ESCP Business School.

An avid reader of fiction and non-fiction, Aryaman is also a fan of television and cinema. He enjoys listening to a wide range of music, with a particular fondness for alt-rock, jazz, electronic, and indie pop.
