Anindita Bhattacharjee is a Senior Program Communications Associate - Electric Mobility & Hydrogen in the Sustainable Cities and Transport program at WRI India and lives in Bengaluru. She oversees the team’s communication strategies and insights and given her energy background helps the team integrate the two.

She worked as an Energy consultant with Navigant Consulting Inc (currently Guidehouse) in New York. There, she worked with electric utilities across the US and was part of many projects with LIPA (Long Island Power Authority) and National Grid. She has also worked as a freelance content writer for many years.

Anindita completed her MS in Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Silchar, Assam. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Technology from NYIT. Currently, she is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy from WWF India.

Anindita spends her free time with her almost 11-year-old son. She enjoys reading and watching Bengali soaps.
