Ambuj Adhwaryu, joined the WRI India Energy Program as a Project Manager and works with the Government of Madhya Pradesh for handling stakeholder engagements and consultations pertaining to energy transition efforts.

Prior to this, he had worked for 10 years+ with Madhya Pradesh state nodal agencies on climate change (MPCDMA, Bhopal), Bureau of Energy efficiency scheme (MPUVNL, Bhopal) and lastly involved in planning land aggregation for the development of solar parks in the state with Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd.

He holds an M. Tech in Energy Management from the School of Energy & Environment Studies, (DAVV) Indore, a postgraduate diploma in Geographical Information Systems and Remote Sensing from NPTI, Faridabad, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from OIST, (RGPV) Bhopal.

Besides the above, he is an active member of swimming and cycling groups and enjoy watching movies/documentaries and is also a connoisseur of bhartiya khana, especially sweets.
